Our Free Online Interactive Work-out Classes
​
We shall be starting our Free Interactive Online Workout Classes on Monday the 13th of April 2020. Classes will be every Monday and Thursday from 10.00am- 10.30am. We are very keen to have as much older people in Aberdeen as possible in the classes. You do not need to be currently using our befriending service to be able to partake. Once you have decided to join the class, please contact us on 07378432436/ 01224 954487 and one of our staff will provide you with answers to any question you may have and also guide you through connecting to the classes.
We need to keep ourselves busy and active to maintain our physical activities level and also support our mental health during this period of Isolation.

Lot of exciting activities all stalked up for the day to allow you have a fun and memorable time.
Activities for the day includes:
-Circus from London ( Fire performance also included).
- Brazilian Dance Exhibition from Manchester
-Bollywood Dance Exhibition
- African Dance Exhibition
- Exclusive DJ
- Face Painting
- Bouncy Castles
- Catering to meet diverse choices.

​Our Young Rangers have now attended their weekend away to the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park Scotland - 12th- 14th of July 2019.
We are so pleased at the excitement and confidence the children showed while on the trip. Thank you to all our dedicated volunteers who have put in lots of effort to ensure that the young people were safe and that they were supported to enjoy the trip.
